Gingerbread Hot Chocolate
- Ingredients for 2 cups: Cocoa powder: 2-3 tablespoons
- Maple syrup two tablespoons
- Half a teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2 cups 2% milk
Instructions:
- Stir all ingredients together in a small saucepan over medium heat. Be careful not to let the mixture boil.
- Serve immediately. Add some whipped topping if you want to treat yourself.

Virgin Hot Cranberry Punch
- Ingredients:

- Apple Juice – 2 cups
- Cranberry Juice, 4 cups
- Orange Juice – 1/2 cup
- Fresh or frozen cranberries – 1 cup
- One Fresh Orange Slice
- Two apples, fresh or dried, sliced.
- Cinnamon sticks – 4 Light brown sugar and 1/4 cup of regular sugar.
- Instructions:
- Stir all ingredients together in a large pot and cook it on high for two hours.
- Serve it warm and top with fresh cranberries. They look beautiful floating on top.
- Add a cinnamon stick and a wedge of orange.
Sea Buckthorn Tea

- Ingredients: Sea buckthorn 100g or 3.5 oz
- Black tea 2 tbsp
- Honey 2 tsp
- Boiling water – 500ml or 2 cups
- Sugar – to Taste
- Two sticks of cinnamon
- Instructions:
- Wash the buckthornberries.
- Add the berries to a teapot, and use a fork or spoon to smash them to release their juice. Add black tea.
- Add cinnamon sticks.
- Pour boiling water into a cup and allow it to rest for five minutes.
- Serve with honey and a teaspoon per cup. Enjoy!
Mulled Apple Juice

- One pear
- One orange
- One lemon
- Sweet pepper
- Fresh ginger (a small slice)
- Cinnamon
- Apple juice 2 liters

- Instructions:

- Bring apple juice to a rolling boil over medium heat.
- Add the apple juice to the thinly sliced fruit.
- Add the ginger to the other spices.
- After boiling the drink for 5-10 min, turn off the heat. Keep the beverage under the lid and let it cool for 1 hour. Pour out portions and enjoy.
